Shipping policy

Our goal is for our products to reach you in the safest, most efficient way possible. All orders ship via Canada Post.

Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday via Canada post
Shipping times vary from 3-6 business days within Canada. 

If you are ordering from outside of Canada, please note that you will be responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties and international taxes. 

 For U.S. and International Orders: Depending on what shipping option you choose please be aware, these are the estimated times for delivery as stated by Canada Post.

Air - 12 plus business days for Europe, Australia, Asia, South America

Surface: (not tracked) 1-2 months for Europe & South America

2-3 months Australia & Africa

For International Orders: We thoroughly recommend you choose Tracked Packet International, this way you can track your package easily. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually, it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit with Canada Post.

 For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system.


Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately and without exception, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise, take a photo of damaged items and notify us immediately.

Please inspect your product upon delivery for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If your product has been damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product at sales@pennyfrances.com so that a damage claim can be processed. Please provide your full name, phone number, the name of the product, a photo of the damaged item and a brief description so that we can replace your product as quickly as possible. Please note that you are not required to return the damaged product to us. An identical product will be sent to you to replace the damaged item.

  • We cannot process a return for products purchased through a retail partner. Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are available only for purchases made through pennyfrances.com
